I am Professor in the School of Economic Sciences at Washington State University, Distinguished Researcher in the Economic Analysis Department at the University of Valencia, and Co-Editor-in-Chief of Environmental and Resource Economics (ERE) and International Review of Environmental and Resource Economics (IRERE). 

My research focuses on Environmental Economics, Game Theory, and Industrial Organization.
